It was not all play and some work in Riviera Maya. Some would suggest otherwise. We had a wonderful time in Riviera Maya and each of the El Dorado and Azul site inspections were amazing. I have to thank Jackie, Azucena, Lucero, and Celine for a truly extraordinary day! You really provided a wealth of information and a great Riviera Maya experience. I recently booked a cruise for a client with Royal Caribbean. The client unfortunately missed his flight and subsequently completely missed his five night cruise. Upon his return home he contacted me to book the same cruise departing a month later. My client purchased travel insurance for this cruise. The client immediately filed a claim even though he took responsibility for missing the flight. The insurance company completely denied his claim. Royal Caribbean really stepped up and provided a 50% refund to my client. That is great customer service and directly correlates to why Royal Caribbean is profitable and an excellent cruise line.
